Southeast Wyoming is buzzing with oil and gas activity. But while companies look for minerals thousands of feet below, other resources will remain buried just under the surface. Most of Wyoming’s archaeological and fossil resources have yet to be discovered, and some of them may lie within the Niobrara oil play.
