U.S. Justice Department ‘actively monitoring’ Wyo health orders

In response to individuals who complained Teton County pandemic restrictions violated the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. attorney for Wyoming has told critics he is monitoring restrictions imposed to stop the COVID-19 outbreak but stopped short of saying he found any violations.

GOP, big donor lobby against LGBTQ employment protections

The Wyoming GOP used social media and email to organize opposition to an anti-discrimination bill to protect LGBTQ workers. A major GOP donor in Wilson also urged legislators to kill the bill. But the bill passed the House Revenue Committee Friday on a bipartisan vote.
